While completing ED501, I found Edpuzzle to be a useful assessment tool for tracking what I learned about the program. It provides beneficial check-ins throughout each step of the introductory video, allowing me to assess my understanding of the course and what is expected of me throughout my learning journey. These check-ins were timed correctly giving me ample amount of time to reflect on what I learned and select the correct answer.

The information I discovered in the course catalog will also serve as an important resource throughout the program because it clearly outlines the requirements, expectations, and responsibilities necessary to successfully complete my certification.

The Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (InTASC) standards provide a framework for what effective educators should know and be able to do. These standards will help guide my development as an educator and ensure that I am prepared to support students in reaching their academic goals throughout their K–12 education. The standards are clear and cohesive, which allows me to reference them throughout my journey.
